The following links I have found to be very useful – Enjoy!!!

Vic

jQuery

Accessing the DOM -

This link is a starting point for anyone who wants to fully understand jQuery selectors.

jQuery UI and Themes

jQuery UI – Accordion -

jQuery and, in particular, the jQuery UI has very poor documentation (in my opinion).  The search feature is all but worthless unless you know the exact spelling and spacing of the topic you want to discover. You have to really look deep into the blogs, wikis, and sites to find an example that fits your specific need.  One of the most important aspects of implementing a jQuery UI widget is understanding the API.  This is a starting point – read this carefully because many questions can be answered through the knowledge acquired here.

Plugins

jqDoc - A really cool ‘Fish-Eye’ style menu plugin

“Transform a set of images into a Mac-like Dock menu, horizontal or vertical, with icons that expand on rollover!”

Frameworks

Elgg - A social networking platform written in PHP, is scalable, and very maintainable.

BuddyPress - a plugin for WordPress that adds social networking features to your WordPress site. You may have to change your theme to one that supports BuddyPress.

PyroCMS - a very robust content management system authored on top of the Codeigniter PHP framework.   Straight-forward customizable theming and content management.  Version 1.0 is set for release very soon.

Concrete5 CMS – Features edit-in-place pages that make for easy business-level use.
